2011 Race Report
The 44th Annual Wo-Zha-Wa run was held on September 17, 2011 at Wisconsin Dells, WI. The day was perfect for running with cool temperatures in the upper 40's to start and warming to the mid 60's by the end of the race. 238 runners completed the two events with 142 in the Four Mile and 96 in the Half Marathon.
This year all finishers received medallions in addition to passes to major Dells attractions plus all entrants received a commemorative sports towel in addition to the race t-shirt. We also added 5 year age divisions in the 70's and an 80+ age division to recognize our senior runners. Worthy of note, female runners outnumbered the men in both races. My how things have changed over the past 44 years!
